Reservations
Reservations are not guaranteed until payment (or any required deposit) has been received and confirmed.
Suite Society reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations due to unavailable inventory, pricing errors, fraud concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice until a reservation has been confirmed.
Quoted prices may not include parking, transportation, hotel accommodations, food and beverage minimums, taxes, gratuities, venue fees, or other applicable charges unless specifically stated.
Payment
Payment schedules may include deposits and final balances.
Failure to pay by the stated due date may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of any non-refundable amounts previously paid.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Follow all venue rules and policies.

• Comply with all local, state, and federal laws.

• Treat venue staff, Suite Society representatives, and fellow guests respectfully.

• Accept responsibility for damages caused by themselves or members of their party.

Event Changes
Artists, venues, schedules, seating locations, and amenities are subject to change by promoters or venues.
Suite Society is not responsible for changes made by third parties.
Assumption of Risk
Attendance at sporting events, concerts, festivals, and public gatherings involves inherent risks.
Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suite Society shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected reservation.
Intellectual Property
